La Paz is a city nestled in the Andes - the mountains that can be seen in the far back of the picture; here one can see just a portion of the city, the part that is visible from Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley) - a site of spectacular rock formations that resembles Moon. Based on what you see in the picture does it not justify its name?
How could have that city been built on such rockery?!I like the contrast between the grey rocks and the colourful houses...it makes the place look cheerful in spite of the threatening rocks. Gabriela
